DPZ Consulting s.r.o. offers on-line paintball services through its www.pparena.com, mobile applications and other platforms such as partner websites and social media. The following information applies to all of these platforms. If you disagree with the privacy policy, you should stop using our services.

During the booking process you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address and phone number. The processing of such personal data takes place in accordance with Article 6 (1) b) Regulation No. 2016/679, as we would not be able to provide you with a booked / reserved game or other service without this information. We process these personal data for your reservation and for 10 years for the purpose of improving the services for your booking. In addition to this, you may also be asked to give us your preferences regarding our services.
We may also send you other communications regarding your reservation, such as PPArena.com contact details in case you need our assistance during your trip or some information that we think might be helpful in planning your trip and make your paintball best. We can also send you some information about upcoming paintball events and an overview of previous reservations made by your through PPArena.com.
For easier reservation administration, we offer the option to verify the reservation using the assigned code.
Directly before the game, you will sign the game consent form, where you provide your name, surname, date of birth and your address. In the case of participation of minors, in accordance with the Czech legal order, we require the consent with the game of one parent or other legal guardian. In the case of a legal representative, we register their name, surname and address. We process these personal data because of the legitimate interest of the controller under Article 6 (1) f) Regulation No. 2016/679 in order to prove the player's familiarization with the rules and the consent to participate in the game and we process them for one year.
If you wish to take a memo from the game, we will post your photos of the game on our Facebook page. We process these personal data pursuant to Article 6 (1) a) Regulation No. 2016/679 only on the basis of your consent to such processing. If you visit our website, even if you do not make any reservation, we can anonymously collect certain information such as IP address, browser type, information about your computer's operating system, application version, language settings and viewed pages. If you are using a mobile device, we can collect data about the type of mobile device used, its settings, characteristics and geographical coordinates. If you make a reservation, our system registers through which device and website the reservation is made. The processing of such personal data is due to the legitimate interest of the controller under Article 6 (1) f) Regulation No. 2016/679, because on the basis of these data we evaluate the quality of web interface provided. We process these personal data for 6 months.
Your personal information can also be provided to us if you use the services of selected social networks.
Under certain circumstances, we share your personal information with third parties. We may make your personal information and information available to the Government or the Investigating Authority if required by law (or other applicable law). Such cases include: a court order, a summons to court, and orders arising from legal proceedings, criminal proceedings and investigations. We may also make your data available if it is necessary to prevent, investigate or prosecute criminal offenses.
In accordance with European Union security laws, we provide adequate procedures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data and its misuse.
In order to protect and secure the personal data you provide us with, we use necessary business systems and procedures. We also use security procedures and technical and physical limitations to access and use personal data on our servers. The access to personal data is only authorized by the person who works with the data.
Services provided by PPArena.cz are not targeting persons under the age of 18 years old. Use of our services is permitted only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian of a person under the age of 18.
You can always check the information you have provided us with. You can apply for an overview of your personal data at info@pparena.cz. Please enter in the subject of the message "Personal information request" and attach a copy of your identity document to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing this information.
If the data stored by us are invalid, we will correct them at your request. If you no longer wish to use PPArena.com services, you may ask us to delete your personal information. You may request to update or delete your personal information using the email address info@pparena.cz. Please note that we may need to keep some data, for example, for legal or administrative reasons, such as recording or monitoring fraudulent activities.
If you agree to processing of your photograph, you are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time.
In the case that we process your personal data due to a legitimate interest of the administrator, you have the right to object to this processing. For this purpose, please use again the email address info@pparena.cz.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint or objection, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
